- Students primarily learn to work on the wheel, but we do simple hand-building projects from time to time, too.

- The wheel is extremely beneficial for the development of focus and intentionality.

- At Filthy Habit kids learn that by cleaning and caring for the space we show love and respect for the community. It takes time, but expect to see growth in this area; the child’s own immediate gratification will become less important to them than their responsibility to others.

- Like the rest of the classes at Filthy Habit, the after school program runs on a six week schedule: five weeks of making then we glaze everything on the sixth week.

(Due to holidays some sessions have only five weeks and are priced lower accordingly.)
